35-Year Comprehensive Structural Warranty
Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for a period of 35 years from the date of project completion.
Conditions of Warranty

Proper Maintenance: The warranty is contingent upon the owner performing regular and necessary maintenance of the structure as recommended by Talwar Contractors. Failure to maintain the structure properly may void the warranty.

Prompt Notification: The owner must notify Talwar Contractors in writing of any defects or issues covered by this warranty within 30 days of discovery.

Access for Inspection: The owner must provide Talwar Contractors or its authorized representatives access to the property to inspect and assess the reported defects.

Repairs and Modifications: Any repairs or modifications to the covered structural elements must be performed by Talwar Contractors or its authorized representatives. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void the warranty.

Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, aesthetic issues, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the structural integrity of the building.

Acts of Nature: This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and other extreme weather conditions.

Usage Changes: Any changes in the usage or occupancy of the building that result in increased structural loads or stresses not accounted for in the original design may void the warranty.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Non-structural elements such as drywall, paint, flooring, and other finishes.

Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, misuse, or negligence by the owner or third parties.

Any defects or issues not reported within the warranty period.

Consequential or incidental damages arising from structural defects.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the owner must:

Allow Talwar Contractors to perform necessary repairs or corrective actions as deemed appropriate under the terms of this warranty.

4. Payment Delays -

5. Budget Constraints -

6. Approval Delays -

7. Inadequate Site Access -

General Provisions -
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.
